Navigating Drive Throughs

Traveling for sport can pose many challenges, including changing the way an athlete eats. In some cases, aside from packing a cooler with snacks and small meals, fast food drive throughs may be the only option. Common choices available at these types of restaurants are not typically conducive to pre-competition fueling. However, in the last couple of years, fast food establishments have made an effort to offer a wider variety of choices, some of which are great fueling options for athletes on the go.
